This is where Budget Aid’s unique business plan comes into it’s own.

While it is always preferable to have in-house Producers or Production Managers doing your budgets, this is not always possible. Budget Aid is here to help keep Production Company costs down when your staff are just too busy.

Budget Aid realised that while a budget usually takes about a day of actual work, it will be spread out, with plenty of down time waiting for service companies or suppliers to come back with their quotes. This leads to additional days being worked, and of course billed.

So, to help reduce Production Company overheads Budget Aid will simply charge a one off fee, on a per job basis. As Budget Aid will be working from their own office you never need to pay someone for time spent waiting.
